I’m Lisa, born and raised in Switzerland, with Sicilian roots close to my heart. Travelling has always been a part of me: discovering new places, meeting people, wandering through little streets, and feeling that special sense of arriving somewhere.

My connection to Sicily runs deep. Thanks to my nonni, I grew up surrounded by Sicilian culture, its warmth, joy for life, and hospitality. Maybe that is exactly why, at some point, it became so clear to me: I didn’t just want to travel myself, I wanted to create a place where others could feel at home while travelling.

In spring 2022, I visited Ortigia, Siracusa for the first time and immediately fell in love with the city. The colours, the sea, the energy of the streets: everything felt just right. Back then, the dream of having my own Airbnb was not possible yet, but it stayed in my heart.

In September 2025, I found this house in Ronco Purgatorio. It was love at first sight. I knew immediately: this place was meant for me. And so, at 24, I fulfilled my dream and created a little home for travellers in my homeland.

My greatest wish is for you to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe here, surrounded by lightness, positive energy, and the feeling of truly arriving, even if only for a moment.
